- If Someone cancel booking within 48 hours then 50% payment return to hire
- If someone cancels his booking in 24 hours then No money return to hire
Use of Vehicle / Purpose of the journey
Payment
Unless agreed either in writing or verbally, Onyx Platinum Transport ltd can not guarantee a booking until the deposit has been paid.
If payment has not been received within the agreed timescales then the Onyx Platinum Transport ltd can no longer guarantee the quoted price and reserves the right to revise its quotation.
All monies must be paid in full prior to the booking unless expressly agreed by the Onyx Platinum Transport ltd in writing.
Conduct of Passengers
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure that all Customers wear seat belts where provided.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol and/or illegal drugs is not permitted on the coach and the Hirer will be responsible for ensuring that this is observed. Any passenger whose conduct is in breach of statutory regulations may be removed from a vehicle or prevented from boarding on the Driver’s authority.
For any reason, the Driver has the discretion to either remove, or not allow any passengers on the coach if the passenger is abusive, damages the coach, or not fit to travel due to being intoxicated with alcohol or illegal drugs.
In such event, at the Driver’s sole discretion, the journey may continue once the passenger or passengers have been removed from the vehicle, but should passenger conduct result in summary termination of the journey, the Company reserves the right to cancel any other parts of a booking, and in such circumstances the forfeiture of any monies paid, and no claims for compensation or refund in either whole or part shall be entertained.
Insurance
Cancellation by ONYX Platinum TRANSPORT
In the event that Onyx platinum Transport ltd is unable to meet all or part of the Customer’s booked requirements due to reasons of emergency, vehicle unavailability, or other reason, Onyx platinum Transport ltd will take all reasonable measures to provide a replacement or alternative solution. If this is not possible, the Company retains the right to return all monies paid and, without liability, cancel the booking providing the Customer with as much notice as possible.
